Thanks to the people on this board, I have saved over $100 for my high flow cat.
It just arrived today. I purchased this from firtschoiceautoparts.com for $49.95 Shipped!! Thanks for all the info I have gleaned form this site. It has been a God Send.

At this point, I have no "real" exhaust system on yet. I just have a 30" glasspack to a single out. (one of the stock doubles removed)
I just had the two bad cats removed and the whole thing welded up today. Took forever and leaked like mad. They kept telling me that it could not be welded all the way. I told them they were full of it and if I went across the street to another muffler shop, that they would fix it right! I paid them $90 to replace my stock piping and then it leaks like mad!! I was hot! They finally got it right, but it took forever. They were going to do my full exhaust for me with a Single 3" exiting out the rear side with a Magnaflow, but I think I will take it somewhere else now!

That sucks... I would definitely take it somewhere else. Or if you have the right tools you can even do it yourself. How do ya like that glasspack... 30" would seem fairly mellow to me.

I agree that the 30" GP is way too mellow!
So, it took my truck in to a place right across the street from where I had the work done originally. Turns out it is a friend from high school that owns it. He looked at the job and couldnot believe how poor it was. He was able to clean it up some but said it was so bad that it needs to be scrapped and started over!!
He said he will install everything from the Y back in 3" single, to a magnaflow exiting on the right side for right at $200!!
That is a savings of over $300 from some and $200 from most other quotes. Plus he does custom hot rods and having seen his work, he is the one I will go to!
So I will shortly have true 3" exhaust on my truck! Woo-Hoo!!
