94 250 spring question

I started a Sky shackle reversal kit today, but I need some help. Does anyone know how long the factory front spring is on a '94 250? I've been running a 4" lift spring and am now trying to go higher with the sky kit. With the springs I have it seems to pull the wheels foward about 2". The rear (now rear) shackle is also "leaning" foward about 2" too far. Could anyone help me out and throw a tape measure to your 250 or 350 front springs? How long are you eye to eye?

Thanks for any help!

My F250HD with D50 measures 52in. Probably need to add 1/2in to allow for the bend in the spring that I could not follow with the tape.

That's what I was afraid of. Somehow I ended up with a set of springs that measure about 50 1/2" eye to eye.
