Proper Voltmeter Reading
Hi Guys,
My Isspro voltmeter is reading just under 14v (13.8-13.9 ish) even with all electrical items turned off. Is this a normal range? I was thinking it needed to be more like 14.1-14.2 or so. Thoughts?

Did you take the readings after the glow plugs cycle switched off, which takes a couple of minutes if the engine is on a cold start up. But, yes it should read a bit over 14v if your batteries are in good shape..

Mine will run 14+ volts for a half hour or so after starting but then drop to ~13.8v after driving for a while. I was under the impression that by then the batteries had been recharged from the start and not as much voltage was needed to run the truck. Sounds good anyway.
