Arrow brakes

Hey,

Well, I think that i have a pretty easy question, but we will see?

Well my front discs are dragging on the rotors, I can hear it during braking and when i am just driving.

I have cleaned and rebuilt the calipers, new rotors and bearings, and pads.

I have noticed that my primary piston on the master cylander is leaking, but only occasionally.( i will change that )

Anyone know a cure?

Kman

I had this problem after replacing my master cylinder. Solution (located with the help of FTE people) was that I was still using the Ford brake lines, which depite looking like braided steel are not. Changed them out with real braided lines and the brakes would stay apart after braking. I also replaced the pads, calipers, & rotor due to glazing and wear. I also wanted to make sure it wasn't a bad caliper piston somewhere.

Apparently therubber OEM lines eventually collapse on themselves and will let brake fluid into the caliper piston, but not back out again. Thus, the brakes stick.

I should also note that the heat was causing the brake fluid to boil out the top of my master cylinder. this also went away after changing lines.
