I found it. I can enter my in-production VIN on the ford owners website and it pulls up all the documents available.

Thanks. Did you notice that the diesel supplement (3rd printing) for the F350 was actually linked to the owner's guide for an Econoline van? It still is but it is irrelevant now that the diesel supplement (4th printing) is now available. I was waiting for motorcraftservice to fix the link for a couple of months and eventually gave up on it.
