There isn't one. The only way to tell what year it is, is by the last 6 digits of the VIN / Last 6 digits: specific serial number.
The portion of the VIN you posted, could apply to any 1966/76 F250.
F25 = F250 2WD
Y = 1966/67 352 2V // 1968/76 360 2V
C = Oakville, Ontario Canada Assembly Plant.
As John pointed out, all 1967/72 F100/350's front sheetmetal is basically the same.
1967's use unique to this year only: doors, dash, firewall, and other cab related parts, the only available V8 is the 352.
The 1967/72 Styleside beds are essentially the same, excepting mouldings, marker lights, nameplates.
If the inner fender aprons are silver (but not painted this color), this truck is prolly a 1973/76, as Ford galvanized the inner fender aprons beginning in 1973.
1967/72's are called "Bumpsides" as they have a raised scallop line midway along the sides of the truck.
1973/79's are called "Dentsides" as they have an indented scallop line along the sides of the truck.

The inners will fit you will need to get the brackets that bolt to the cab because Ford made the rib narrower on the 73-79 inners. Its a pretty noticable differents when you see them the 67-72 are like 4-4 1/2 inches wide to the 73-79 like 2 1/2-3 inches wide.Core support will fit also but you would have to drill new holes for the hood latch.
