....i'd go easy on the go pedal!!!! your egts are through the roof while towing and you can easily push 40 psi without towing. i could bury my needle(boost) and only had 1's...gauges 1st and then you may wanna look at that turbo. depending on how much you've been beating on it..it wont take much more.

dont know what you got E4OD or the ZF-5 BUT either way if you dont have an aftermarket clutch or built tranny you should go there next after the gauges of course.

OR
i can work at the sugar coating factory like some on here.....go bigger man!!! big oil, fuel,h2e and ic...if you go this route please carry a camera and post the destruction pictures when you break down. sorry call it like i see it.

one last thing. you live in colorado your truck runs a little rich up there compared to most here with simialr mods elsewhere. I'd pay good $ to see your face after your next mod being a pyro and nothing else.

I do have an after market clutch ( my dmf pooped almost right after the II's were put in)

without guages, I drive really conservitive. the two's came cuz the injectors were shot, so guages were put on hold. I've had no problems yet and guages will be in before the next haul. With all that I should be ok.

guages this week, IC when I locate the parts, than ?

I would go HPOP, then Fuel. Unless you're gonna run a dual HPOP set-up then electric fuel first since the stock bowl is in the way on some set-ups. That is once you take care of what 1997F-350 wisely stated. After those, modded H2e turbo or whatever big one you like.

I think I'll end up fabbing all of it, I have all the available tools for it plus it'll make the project a little more interesting and rewarding. I looked oon Ebay and the cheapest thing I found was an IC for a 6.0L for about $400-$500

It was mentioned that ebay might have one at a reasonable price, where else is a good place to look other than waiting for a SD at a yard?

WHAT KIND OF POWER DIFFERENCE CAN BE EXPECTED WITH A BIGGER OIL PUMP?

Also, what are the popular turbos that you guys are upgrading to?
How much does that help with EGT's?

I don't know exact numbers but you need bigger oil to feed those twos for sure. I've got a 17* sitting on the shelf you could buy from me and send to Joey at TE to mod it.

I'm not a smart turbo guy so I'll stay away from that part of the question.

What happens if you have stage II and don't have enough oil, I know the oil helps with firing the injector but if you do stage II's first will you do damage to the injectors or engine without enough high presssure oil. I know you won't get full potential out of the II's but I am more concerned about possible damage. Also I read a lot about Joey at TE on here but I can't seem to be able to find his website, does anyone have a link. Also does the modded 17* move enough oil for the demands of the stage II's

Yes, You could shorten the life of those injectors. The 17* will cover the demands. Here is the link for his website. Terminator Engineering
