Radiator Question, help please!

I've got a 95 F-350 (not the one in my signature) and it needed a radiator, it originally had the brass one in it but I didnt want to spend $450 on a new one so I decided to use one out of a late 95 model (plastic tank) and switch the hoses and the resovoir. Done. But now I noticed there is a coolant fitting near the drain **** that I have no idea where it goes. I have the upper and lower hoses, the overflow, and the hose that comes from the resovoir and tees in to the lower hose, so can someone tell me what the other fitting is for? Thanks in advance.

Are you talking about hose barbs on the bottom tank? It could be a loop through the radiator for transmission cooling.

No, I wasn't talking about those, it is on the driver's side of the truck and when I try to fill the rad collant comes out of this fitting. Thanks,

Just block it off. It's supposed to be hooked up to the degas bottle.
The early 95 had an overflow tank...95.5 and up have a degas bottle.
