rear suspension help
I have a 01 F250 extended cab short bed with a stock front and back suspension on it, now even though its stock the truck sits level, it does not sit higher in the back like most trucks are. I bought the truck brand new so i know there was no work done to the suspension besides changing the shocks that would alter the ride hight. What i want to do is put a 2" leveling kit on the front and F350 blocks on the back so that the truck will still sit level just 2" higher all the way around. I know most leveling kits you don't have to change the front shocks. Now my question is if i put the F350 blocks on the back can i use the existing shocks i have now or do i have to change them out for F350 shocks? The shocks on my truck are fairly new and i would hate to have to buy 2 new shocks if i don't have to. Does anyone out here know if i can get away with the shocks i have?

The part numbers are identical for F250/F350, and the shocks interchange. Definitely no problem on the rear. The front is a little less obvious, because F250 and F350 ride the same height. But I think most guys still use the same shocks for a 2" level.
