I am looking at buying another bronco its a 1995xlt. my question is can you install the rear mount spare tire carrier on a bronco that has the inside mount and what all do you need?

The body is reinforced from the inside, no you can't.

You might have to look for an aftermarket type bumper/tire carrier combo.

Broncos with the external tyre carrier have internal gusseting to withstand the heavier load, so it isn't recomendable.

I know they have reinforcements, my question is can you get to them to 1. steal them out of a loner bronco (salvage yard) 2. install in the new bronco.

You can do anything you want, the question is are you willing to spend the time, effort and money to do it.

To BOTH andym's comments.... ditto. Personally, though, I'd spend the money on one of the better aftermarket rear bumper and swing-away carrier combo's that are available. Might be more money but a lot less time and no body work... deliver me from body work!
