NEED HELP

Ok i need some help i got a date with a hot chick sunday and tonight i went to lake jackson and about a mile from home the temp spiked on the truck from where it normaly sits to complete hot and steam started flowing from the overflow, but before i left i topped off the water cause it was alittle low PLEASE HELP

ur fan culch is go check and see when the truck is off the fan should spin freely

i will tomaroow its dark atm lol anything else besides the obvious thermostat, freeze plugs, hoses radiator

u can turn the heater on if it over heats to help keep it form melting is ur fuel rate turned up

no i cant lol heater core is bypassed lol, not that i not of i havent turned it up but im gettin around 18-22 around town

yeah i know but i thought you would have water in the oil and or water comming out of the tail pipe

oh is there anything i can do to slow it down or stop it besides put head gaskets on it?
