ZF 5 speed question
A friend of mine has a 95 F250 4x4 with a ZF 5speed, his tranmission needs to be replaced soon, since this is his only transportation he is looking for another ZF 5 speed to do a quick swap, so will a ZF from a 4x2 swap out by simply removing the 4x2 tail housing, and bolting up the transfercase? or will he need to get a ZF from a 4x4?

check you local craigslist classifieds: jobs, housing, personals, for sale, services, community, events, forums I just saw 3 on there. Doesn't say if they are 4x4 or not though
