More intake questions

Can anyone ID this intake part number and tell me a little about it such as what it's original appllication, does it flow well etc...

I'm thinking of putting it on my '69 f250 390 however this intake has an exhaust crossover and I am not sure if my engine has an exhaust crossover since I have yet to open up an FE engine.

The part number is C6AE9425-G

My `66 T-Birds 428 has that intake,it`s heavy.

So is this one of those "S" intakes, it has a big "S" stamped on top of one of the runners?

I am hoping that number dummy will chime in with some info.
