With some modifications, YES. What to modify, well were to start. You can cut some off the grill(bottom) or buy one from ebay that is modded to fit. The 05+ have a different design of bumper. Or you can just replace with an 05+ bumper, and grill, and lights.

No, the grills will not interchange. Period. You must sell it to me instead. 
Like stated above, the grill will work, as long as you change the bumper or modify the grill by cutting the bottom of it slightly. Also, you will need to fabricate a way to mount the bottom of the grill to the header panel.
