My 1968 F100 pulls to the left, not all the time, but mainly when I have some speed and have to apply the brakes...which is really the worst time for it to happen. As everything except proportioning valve has been replaced over the last 9 years, I am assuming that is the problem. Any input?
Isn't it a standard, who needs brakes? I drove my 69 in the city for about 3 weeks without much if any brakes cept for a couple rubbed up sidewalks als fine......and yes I'm serious ( i turned down the idle speed on the carberator to act like a Farmer Jake brake)
Ya prolly just adjusting, there is a rubber insert on the back of your drum, just remove and use a flathead screw driver to turn a star shaped notched that will either losen or tighten your shoes on a screw. Easy as 300 pound lady.

Laughs - and answers - ya get all of it, right here!!!
Yep thats the thing about our trucks. They will have their breaks downs a little frequently but they are always easy fixes that can prolly either be fixed with duct tape, WD-40 or a hammer..... Where as my V10 when ever I hear a hiccup I wonder how many grand its gonna cost me
