F6 down load problem
Anyone had any problems installing tunes from dp? I can't seem to get pass step #4 right mouse click USB serial converter. Was I suppose to enter a password on the site before starting download? If this is a private information that shouldn't be discussed here, please PM me.

Here are the device utility instructions. These instructions were written for XP. If you are running anything different then that, for ex. Vista, it will be a little different on how its loaded on the computer.

Diane still need help...on the instruction do I need to fallow what was sent? There are some numbers that are high lighted in blue on the instructions are those the numbers I need to use? I think thats all I am waiting for I would like to get this done tonight if could.
