got the engine apart looking good



area behind the water pump



piston and valves

ok heres my question when did they come out with 8 vane water pumps or were they always 8 I thought I saw some where that stock was 4 vanes

oooohhhhh it's sexy !!!!!!!!!! my intake valves have ford made in the usa on them . suitable for framing as art i think !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

just cant get it out of my mind my woman thinks Iam cheating on her I spend more time with my baby then her lol

yep.. and why mine is called 'The Mistress'.. shes a real beatch too..
If my wife goes out to the shop., there will be a puddle of something on the floor the next day.. we think the Mistress is marking territory..!

funny , mine calls mine my mistress or my girlfriend too ! at least as she say's , she knows where i'm at and can accept all three of them !!!!!!

That looks very clean! The cooling passages especially. Any cracks at the center head bolt holes? (they don't matter so much, and are common)

Are you going to pull the valves out? As clean as it is, it may not be necessary, but if any are sticky now's the time!

No cracks anywhere and I had a few valves sticking and they are not any more it a few turns and working with it but all the valves are cycling just like new the passages on the heads are a little more crusty so Iam going to have them hot clean and I should be good
