What's wrong with your linkages? Mine were getting worn, so I replaced all the bushings (from Dennis carpenter) and lubed it good. There are bushings were the clutch pedal pivots, on the rod going through the floor, and the equalizer shaft (mounts between frame and bellhousing). I'm very pleased with how much better it is...

Nothing Lines Up. I've Tried Everything But To Make It Work I Have To Drill New Holes In The Frame And Shim It. I Cant Figure Out How It Worked Before. It Looks So Simple But Its Driving Me Nuts. I Thought If I Could Find A Hydro Kit It Would Make It Easyer.

Sounds like something isn't right. Sounds like someone has swapped motors and left you with the incorrect pieces. Go to a salvage yard (or friends truck) and get the correct linkages to compare to yours. Each of the different engine families require different clutch linkages.
Or your engine could be out of alingment. Make sure the engine and trans mounts are intact and tight.
