check EGR valve operation
check PCV
check air cleaner
check timing, and firing order
check for restricted air vent or idle passages
do a leak down test, may be poor sealing of valves
check for a vacuum leak
when your done I'll give some more
I have a code reader and replaced everthing that has come up and it still dose it and my uncle is a awsome mechanic and he is mind boggled as he has the same engine
Looks like you and your uncle have covered a lot of the base's on that truck. There is always the possibility that a new item is at fault. It would not hurt to run some testing on some of them. The coil for example, or take a close look at the cap (more than one was sold with a crack in it) and a vacuum test could be very helpful (vacuum was my problem). I would start at the beginning checking each item, even the spark plugs. The problem cannot hide forever

Is this the part of the movie where we're supposed to warn folks to replace just ONE part at a time and then check the results?......
it is good as silver it runs better and now everthing is replaced so more power and fun
reason why I say sivler instead of gold is because of my truck is silver
