Did you figure out your brakes ?
P.S. The coil creates high voltage 30,000 to 100,000 volts (low amperage) from the 6 volt system. This creates the high voltage for the spark. The condensor is a capacitor which stores the voltage until the points contact and shoot the voltage (spark) through the wire to the spark plug where it jumps the gap to ground.
