They're certainly cool.
I'm just not sure about $190 worth of cool. But maybe that's because I'm too cheap and would rather try to wire my own for less dough.

They're WAAYY bright. Makes me want to take a vid of my LED's at night and post to see if mine are similiar in brightness...

They(atomicled) are not just the bulbs, with a few leds... they are the black base, 30 led bulbs on the inside and a amber lens more transparent than the factory lens. and it plugs into the factory harness.

Thats why they carry such a high price. If they were less complex, say just an LED plug-in and a flasher input, the price would reflect it. Of course, I don't think the stock lense and stock placement of the bulb (whether it's an LED or not) will create such a bright output.

Well that was my point for the OP. If you have factory clearance lights, these replace those. If you don't, the atomic kit does not include what you need, which is the harness, and you will have to pull the headliner and drill your cab.

Are the atomic LEDs brighter than the Recons, I am looking for something to replace my factory clearance lights, and these look good.

Could you post a pic of the atomic LEDs at night for me.

Like I said I am looking for plug and play, and I dont really care about the flasher option as I dont plow woth my truck.

Yes you are correct. a friend of mine did not have roof lights and wanted them the harness was around 40 bucks, and it pluged right in to the truck.

I noticed that their web site is very clear now that these are meant to replace OEM lights. When we first looked at it a couple of weeks ago it did not say that, just said "no drilling". I guess they are getting their act together.

It's no big deal to install the lights, I just wanted the OP to understand what was involved.

Hey Sarge...Sarge i saw them on the web and in person...They are Bright ! I have been looking for a while and i think i am going with the Atomic led ones. They are giving you a flasher for free, and the flasher is from Whelen.....if whelen trust them then i guess i will too.I will purchase them tonight or tomorrow morning and I will let you know how they look. The owner of the truck i saw in person, said they were pretty easy to put in and hook up.I think he told me 35-45 minutes...so the most give me an hour.Ill let you know

I'll be interested to hear your reviews. I wont sell the flasher, I will use it to power strobes in the plow truck I have.
