Installing Herculiner??
I am thinking about installing a DIY bedliner kit. The instructions I have seen say to repair all holes in the bed. I have a B&W turnover ball installed. I ovbiously cannot repair that hole or the safety chain hook holes. Any suggestions on how to get a good bond at these points to keep the liner from peeling. Thanks for the help.

If it were me, I would use a marine adhesive or some rubbery glue to temporarily patch over the holes with some cardboard. After the liner was applied and dry I would carefully cut the hole back out with a dremel or something and attach a plastic grommet to the hole with some good strong epoxy to hold down the edges of the bedliner. That's just me, though. I like jimmy rigging things. I guess that's why I drive a '90. Whatever you do, though, you should definitely post it. Lots of guys would be interested, I'm sure. Good luck!

Bump bump. How did the bedliner work for you, Fireman? I just did my bed and I had the same issue as you in a couple small spots. The holes actually aren't even a problem because I used spray-on and plugged the holes with ear plugs. What did you end up doing?
