Clutch question.

I've got question on my ZF6. Over the past year I've noticed my clutch engaging sooner and sooner to the point now that it will not fully disengage even with the clutch pedal pushed to the floor. I've made sure the slave cylinder reservoir is full. After 210,000 miles I'm hoping the pushrod from the slave to the fork arm is worn and not a crack in the fork arm. Anyone have similar experience? Are there any after market slave assemblies available that would be better than OE? If I remove the slave from the bell housing can I see the fork arm for inspection? I'm towing my fifth wheel 1000 miles for Memorial Day and would like to have this issue resolved before then.
