Tool Box needed

I'm looking for a tool box that fits inside the bed and leaves about a foot of clearance on each side so i can fit a dirtbike tire beside it, so far i haven't been able to find anything.

so my question is has anyone found one that would be about that size?

thanks for any help

Have you looked at job boxes? I've seen those bolted in truck beds. Maybe a chest type tool box for a smaller truck. They also make the ones that are mounted on the sides of the bed.

I think this one at Tractor Supply would work at 47" wide. I don't know where you are in Texas, but it looks like Tractor Supply has lots of locations.

Home Depot, Lowes, or TSC, get a chest box for a compact truck.

What about a mechanics carry tool box and fabricating a bracket and lock to bolt it to the side of the truck?

For the exact same reasons, I was searching and found one at Harbor Freight. Typical cheezy pot metal construction you would expect, and paint is fading fast - but it holds the tools!
