on another note, i am gonna order a WW from guzzle, how long would it take to get the turbo out, replace o rings, check for air leaks, re-install..?

Bluescrew, I am not sure I can make it over there, but I can make sure the tester gets there. I will try to attend for at least a little while.

I don't do beer, but diet cola (with lime) works great!

Milleroutdoors, are you hosting? I will need directions.

Jeff,

I just did my oil cooler so I will have some tips for you. If you have a bar or pipe clamp bring it. As you can see I used a bar clamp but it was just barely up to the task. Pipe clamp would be better with about a 30" piece of pipe. I don't know how Cody can press the ends on by hand, I couldn't. But if he can R&R an oil cooler in 45 minutes he's super human anyway.

Hmmm, pipe clamps I don't have...........but I do have 245lbs of a$$, and pretty pretty princess will be there, he's bull stout and heifer strong!
