2002 7.3 No Start Electrical

Hi Finally got the truck running been down for 2 years HPOP and New IPR put on fixed the problem. Had to have the regulator in the ALT replaced it was blown got that fixed for 60$. I ve put about a 100 miles on it and today truck just cut off while driving. The Glow plug light is staying on in the dash and fuel pump is not working has no voltage. I hope the ecm isnt fried? No ground signal to the relays under the hood for glow plug and intake heater. All 4 little wires are hot when the key is cut on. New batterys were installed before and i just checked all the fuses and swaped around relays and still nothing

found some wiring rubbed down on the drivers side shock stud one hot and a couple of ground wires, also found a small hot wire on the intake heater switch it was the small wire on the side that gets hot when the key is turned on. it was rubbed on the air compressor. i am really starting to wonder if the ecm isnt fried

Sounds like your fuel bowl heater fuse is blown. I think it's fuse #30. Unplug the heater and replace the fuse.

Ok, just noticed you're in an 02 so the fuse # is different, but it still sounds like the fuel bowl heater.

I would recheck every fuse with DVM to make sure they are good, some are hard to see. A bare wire on a shock stud will short something out.
