1988 4x4 Ford Frames????

1988 4x4 Ford Frames????
Hello,
I have an 88 F-150 4x4 frame and a F-250 4x4 frame and I would like to take the body from the 150 and switch to the 250, Does anyone know if the fames are the same? The 250 has a 460 in it and I was thinking it would be easier to switch motor, suspension, and drivetrain over to the 150 frame. I thought the 250 frame would be heavier duty then the 150 but I was told it wasn't so it peaked my interest. thank you!!!!
