Upfitter info needed

I recently found the OEM upfitter kit I bought back in 05 when they came out. I never got around to mounting it up, Theres some archived info in the tech folder, but not the thread I need. Any links of info would be great.

I am sure this info is old hat to some but here is what I have found so far:

Installing Upfitter Switches - Ford 2005-2007 Superduty
Obviously this is for a 6 leaker, It does however show the proper place to mount the relay box.

ETA : PDF from Fleetford

ETA AGAIN! Found Ryan's (Strokersace) Post I was looking for:

Bump! I mounted the relay box today and ran the harness. The links I posted cover the majority of the info. If anyone has any first hand knowledge of making upfitters work in a pre 2005 truck post it up.

Looks good. The color matches really good on your truck it seems. I did this mod on my old 01 F-250, but I couldn't get the color to match good enough for my taste, so I took it out and never re-installed it.

Great job Waltdog. I have the same interior as you and would love to do this mod. About how much were the parts?

BTW, is that a wire EDM in your avatar?

Looks real good!
On an off note; What kind of floor mats do you have? They are plain looking and look real adequate.

I bought the upfitter kit back in 05 when they came out for about 58 bucks, they are close to 100 now for the upfitters.
The other four pieces cost 191 from Ed.

$249 then, Plus a bit of time doing the wiring/fiting of the components.

Wire EDM!! Yep EDM machinist here, I run the EDM department at small tool/die shop.

I use the #1 switch every day in the AM to turn some aux lights on.

Sorry to be a nuisance. It looked like a rubber mat.

Where did you get the lower dash with the glove box? I saw this thread and want to do it to my 2000 f350 now. Also what is the thing with the hook on the bottom right corner of the lower dash?

The glove box lower dash is from a 2005+ year truck. Up to 2007. I think clay maybe had them at at one time. If not, you can order them from any ford dealer or junkyard of your choice. I had a 2007 once and used the little glove box to put my wallet in on long trips to keep my back from hurting.

I really could not tell you what the little hook thing is for other than to hang a trash bag.
