Question Issues Starting..

So we just rebuilt the 302 5.0L EFI small block engine in my '86 F150.
We tried starting and it wouldnt turn over.
If we spray starting fluid in the injector intake, it will start, run for 3 secs, and die.
So our problem is we're not getting fuel to the engine..
Any suggestions?

I'd check and make sure there isnt any crimped shut fuel lines.

Make sure the fuel pump is workin.

haha! well we figured it out.. the fuel pump relay was working just fine, we tested it, but the EEC power relay and the actual EEC IV Computer itself was shorted out, therefore, it is fried. ... got a new one on order from autozone. thanks.
