I just installed a power window kit in my 2002 F150 Sport. I got the kit from www.A1electric.com. It is manufactured to be almost identical to the factory ford kit. The installation was hard, but manageable. The only problem is that if you roll down the window completely into the door, it sticks. The scissor mechanism extends too far and cannot get enough leverage to come back up. My buddy says the power windows are supposed to have a stop that keeps the window from going too far? Anyone familiar with this? I could possibly rig something, but I spent $250.00 on the kit and switches and I don't want to slop it up. Any suggestions?
