History

Is there anyway to tell the history of the repairs to a truck?
I want to know if or when the injectors were changed on my truck.
And some other things are well, but that's the major one.

Not on a truck this age unless you know the previous owner(s). Ford has warranty repair tracking info but only for the last 10 years.

maybe an aftermarket sticker or engraving on the injectors if your lucky

Like Chase said, its tough without knowing the PO or having all the receipts.
