Dad has the naturally aspirated 3.8 in his Buick Century, gets great gas mileage, they last a long time too, you're biggest hurdle is if it's been driven like a raped ape.

it hasnt been. its only on its 2nd owner. and the guy has had it since 2000. and he said he does use the supercharger once in a while but not real often cause it sucks gas like crazy. cause you can turn the supercharger on and off on a button on the gear shifter. pretty crazy. must be some kind of clutch system in the supercharger. but he said when the supercharger is making power it will haul ***!
well the 88 Sold this morning. and we went and picked up a 91 Chevy Corsica. to good of a deal to pass up 1600 dollars. 64k original miles. minimal rust especially since its a MN car. interior is perfect and so is the engine.
