Dang fisherman. That has to be the mildest new DP post I've seen. Most of them start off with something like Holy Sh**.........

Congrats on your new chip. What other tunes did you get? Have you got gauges yet? What other mods do you have? Noticed the turbo surge yet? Did you upgrade from some other chip?

Lol i didnt want to cuss on here but the chip is real sweet.
I got the hi idle, 60t, 80t, 60eco, 80 eco, 120race and lope idle.
My guages should be here in a few days i will install them this weekend. Yeah the turbo has surged if your on it wide open but if you let out of it it doesnt do it.
I got the tunes with the no codes. Its a little firm on the shifts but its ok.
This is the first chip ive ever had and i love it already. Just stepping on it burns the tires
and sucks you into the seat. there is no lag with the turbo either it just gets up and goes.

Well get your gauges installed first, then we can talk about installing a wicked wheel to fix the surge, installing a valve body to help the tranny, maybe installing an OBA (Are you out there Diane? Does he need an OBA with a no codes tune?)

Now just be sure not to check your MPG's until you're done playing in 120. Once you get that out of your system for a bit you can switch to one of the economy tunes and check your mileage.

Shouldn't unless its setting the OB voltage code. Jody only does for the sensor code.

Thanks F350-6
Will the wicked wheel stop the surge? Yeah the tranny is shifting a little hard im kinda scared to just punch it in 120r because the turbo fluttering and the tranny shifting will it hurt it if i try it once and see what happens?

You said something about customer service? I asked a question to Diane (in parenthesis) while replying to you and she answered in 7 minutes. Either she's on top of things, or she's big brother.

Thanks for the answer Diane.

Edit: Yes the wicked wheel will fix the surge. So will a ported compressor housing from ATS. The wicked wheel is cheaper, but you need to pull the turbo to change it. The housing is a lot of money, but can be changed without pulling the turbo.

Dang, I almost forgot. What intake and exhaust are you running? If stock, stay in the economy tune until you get the gauges installed. Pay close attention to the stock intake set up. It leaves lots to be desired. The cheap intake is the 6637. If you want to spend more money, there are plenty of other options out there. On the exhaust, most go at least a 4" turbo back system.

Without gauges and still using the factory downpipe and exhaust diameter you need to be careful in that 120 tune.

Thanks Chris. It must have been the intense draw I have to this place that lead me here at that moment.

I actually don't have ESP, but I did have a few minutes to log on at that time and read this thread.
