running board lights
Hey guys I am going to add some amber lights to my running boards and I was wondering if anyone else has done this. I have also been tossing around the idea of pulling the running boards off and mounting the lights to the cab. I think this will make my truck look bigger which I but I don't think Miss Daisy will like it very much...haha

I want to do the same thing! I was gonna use LEDs though. But i wanted the casing that is behind the lights to be black so that way you couldnt see the plastic behind the light. Any ideas on LED ones? Mstiles, are you doin LEDs or just reg bulbs?

the price didn't seem too bad compared to others, plus they seem really strong I feel like they are going to be pretty hard to break if i accidentally kick them.
as for the recons I just think they are a little too much for my truck. I do want to get the recon led cab light conversion kit.

The ones I have are LEDs. I wasn't sure that I would like them, but they match with the mirror lights and the white back goes with the white truck.
Also my buddy gave them to me, so the price was right
