I had the same problem and I just fixed it.. It was driving me crazy. It was the bushings and the drop down bracket at the rear spring to frame.. Bushings were shot and had metel to metal contact.. it was also flexing a bit and hitting the frame slightley on drivers side.. I have all new springs around.. I notiched it when I bought it and it was touching the frame stops.. The hangers were slightly bent since it puts some stress on them..
Problem is solved... I have everything new in my front end now..
look at the gap on each side to see how close it is to frame.. should be even spacing.

I switched to a hellwig rear and front sway bar. The front I got with new links and bushings.
The bolts are smaller than the hole in the frame & bushings.
I tightened the crap out of it and greased it all up beforehand. I've gotten about 6k miles out of it but now it's popping again.
I will look at drilling it out soon.
I also noticed that the bilstein shocks came with sae hardware vs the stock metric. The new hardware was smaller / sloppier fitting.
I drilled it all out re the front shocks and it's all tight fitting now.....
Aftermarket stuff sucks sometimes...
