where to buy rubber bump stops between frame and axle? 1989 F150 4x4

Is there no such thing as a part specifically for the truck? All I see are Universal Energy Suspension parts. Does anybody have a part number?

I should add that the truck is factory height. No lift, oem springs, etc. The bolts on the old bump stops rusted and they fell off.
