Yup, askin folks to stay offa the streets till the power co.s n tree guys come thru, schools closed, gov "disaster area" decrees for bout 5 towns in the area. Again, less in the 'hill towns' , more down here in the Conn Valley, it seems. Just like the micro bursts I posted here 2 (?) wks ago. "More extreems in weather" has been the "global warming geek's" predictions.

Good afternoon peoples...that damn storm last night made my commute longer this morning. I had to take detours...still lots of streets closed by downed trees/wires. Took me almost 6 minutes!!!

Doing OK Shaun...sold a new Taurus this morning. I was lucky...no damage to my property...just across the street my neighbor lost his swimming pool...deck...clothes line and restored antique Allis Chalmers tractor to a falling oak tree!!!
