Lunch is good...we have out of dealership training for both manufacturers...with Toyota...they are held at hotels and we are fed...very well by the hotels restaurant staff. If you're there all day...you get both breakfast and lunch!!! When we go to Ford training...it is held in the regional service training center...and you need to bring money for the vending machines!!! Pretzels anyone???
That's what they amount to...a number on the board putting you closer to a bonus. Most fleet customers today are sold at invoice...or...below. There are a lot of dealerships looking for that piece of the pie. The fleet customers that I have are very loyal...because...they know I don't screw around with them. Most of the deals are the dreaded mini!!!
