I just got back from driving a 2011 F250 S/C with the 6.7...20 mile trip...interstate...state highway...intown. The computer told me I got 19.2 MPG!!! Not sure I'd believe it just yet...I would have to put a lot more miles on it and chck it manually to get an accurate reading.
That new diesel is sweet...the 6 speed automatic shifted flawlessly...the ride was a little rougher than I would have expected.
Yes...it rides like a SD...but...there was some tire vibration...I think they need a session on the balancer. Very quiet...even in the XL version that I drove.
Chris...you're right...what annoys me is that our service department PDId the truck...which includes a road test. If the tech didn't feel the vibration...well...!!!
