76/73 interchange

76/73 interchange
I have a 76 f100.
I saw a 73 f100 parts truck for sale locally.
I assume 95% of the body parts interchange, tho without looking at/tearing into the 73 I am not 100% on this.
am I correct? or are there alot of differences?
