Last time I was at a strip was years ago in Commerce, GA (Atlanta Dragway). Kenny Bernstein stayed at the same motel that we did.

We went a month ago on street legal night and I ran "Blue" down the track four times....never did anything like that before! I had a blast!

I used to drag race back in high school. Ran my 69 Camaro, my 68 Cougar, and the 71 Mustang I had. Most fun you can have with your clothes on!!

We had a strip on LI called "Sunrise Highway Timing Association" . Home of "Motion Performance" pics appeared in Hot Rod and Popular Hotrodding mags of Camaros pulling wheelies down the street. Baldwin Chevrolet had 427's and 409 engines sitting on the show room floor. good ol days.
