Any info on what you used for throttle body? How you did you do your throttle linkage?Did you retain cruze control? Are the 1.7rocker arms a bolt in?I am right at that point with my bronco(rocker arms)and expect mine to apear very similar, stock air box will be used where did you get your intake fittings and tube?Very nice clean install!
Looks like he used 4-5 pieces of Spectre air intake components. I've seen them being used on SPIKE's Power Block TV... Although I can't tell you exactly where and what he ordered... There should be multiple online stores that carry Spectre components.
The TB came with the upper intake. I bought it off a guy who had it on a mustang. I think it's a stock mustang TB.
The intake tube I bought from checkers about 5 or 6 pieces.
For the throttle linkage I used the stock mounting plate and cables. I mounted it on one of the lower intake bolt/stud towers that the coil and tab/tad solenoids were mounted on. I had to move the stud forward a few holes from its original location. The cruise is connected but doesn't work, I think the bend in the cable is too much for the cruise motor to overcome.
I mounted the coil, tab/tad and egr solenoids on top of the a/c compressor.
I'll put a full parts list on here soon when I get some time to get it together.
Not too bad.... I got a few battle scars from it. Took me about a month. It would have been a lot easier had I pulled the engine. I didn't do that cause I would have been tempted rebuild the entire engine or put a 351 in. The heads are very heavy so you'll need a cherry picker or some kind of hoist to put them on.
