Brake Bleeding
hey guys, im a little new to bleeding brakes. Im doing mine this weekend on my 78 f250, just put in all new brake lines and a new master cylinder. a couple of my bleeder valves are frozen shut, is there any other method of bleeding them?

no, you have to get the bleeders free so the air can be purged out. If these bleeders are on the wheel cylinders, just replace the cylinders, if they are on the calipers (if you have disc brakes) you can try and free them up with some heat but it might be just as easy/cost effective to replace the calipers.

I'd try some PB Blaster around the base of the bleeders first. Make sure you're using a flare wrench and not an open-end wrench to open the bleeders. An open-end can round it off. A day or two of soaking in PB Blaster, a flare wrench and a cheater on the end of the flare wrench if needed should make quick work of the problem.
