I have a 1986 F250HD that needs some work (this is a project truck for me), and I am looking for a wire harness. Can anyone suggest a source for an aftermarket harness?

The wire companies make harnesses for almost any bowtie truck, but any Ford newer than '79 you'll have to use a generic harness....at least that's what I've found so far.
They should really make ford harnesses for these 80s trucks. Some of them are in really bad condition and it would just be easier for people than generic harnesses. Damn chevy.
Painless does include instruction on how to use there harness with ford trucks. Lame they don't support the key or seat buzzer. I like those buzzers. Sorry to hijack your thread.
