Question Trailer Tow Mirrors

Hi all. Does anyone have any information on the new F250 heated trailer tow mirrors with the directional built in. I want to change my mirrors to them but not sure if they will work. I currently have the smaller electric heated mirrors with the directional built in. I want to avoid loosing the directional, I think it is helpfull when i pull my 32' trailer. Thanks for the input in advance.

Thank you. I have tried the search. It doesnt cover whether the new mirrors will plug right in and bolt right up to the excursion. I am getting the feeling that they will bolt right up but the electrical may be different. It appears from the threads that the new mirrors have running lights on them as well as the directional. although that would be minor to over come and I like that thought as well.

from what I have read, they attach to the truck the same. The plugs are different, 7 wires on the new mirrors. I will look for that thread, I think it might have been posted prior to the new look web site.

Trailer Tow Mirrors

I just received my 2003 X, and I notice they do not put the signal lights in the trailer tow mirrors like they do on the 2003 Super Duty. Anyone know the reason why?

You certainly pay enough for an X that they could afford to put them in.
