Battery Discharging
Truck sits in heated garage all winter and battery keeps draining. Last reading was 11.87 volts. Will not start sometimes. New Motorcraft battery last summer.
What tests can I do to find cause?

If the battery is holding a charge OK, then you need to look at the alternator. I'd take it off and have it tested at your local auto parts store.
As a quick test, take a voltage measurement, then start your truck. You should see a rise in voltage if the alternator is working.
