New Exhaust Question...Turbo Noise

I just installed a 4" MBRP turbo back exhaust system and love it!!! Why does the turbo noise, at idle, seem to cycle on and off? Shouldn/t there be no turbo noise at idle?

PCM programming cycles the vanes to help prevent their sticking.

The turbo cycling is normal. It is in the pcm programming. It is there to keep the turbo vanes from sticking.
