99 gear recommendation?????

I have a 99 F150, auto, 4x4, ext cab, 6' bed, XLT, 5.4. I just ordered 18" wheels with Nitto TG 33's. I currently have Flowmaster cat back, K&N kit and the Hypertech power programmer. I did these performance upgrades separately and really couldn't feel the power increase. My next upgrade I would like to feel so I am considering changing the gear ratio. I think my stock gears are 3.55 or 3.73. The new wheels/tires I am getting are about 1.5" larger than my current/stock tires so I think that will make it like I have a lower gear ratio. This truck is considered a daily driver but I only put about 2.5K on in annually. I have owned it since 03 and it only has 68K on it.
My future plans are probably to do a 4" suspension lift but I don't think that will affect the gear sizing. In the future, not any soon for financial reasons, I hope to install a HD takeoff supercharger kit. So I hope to add a lot of HP and I only am going to change the gears once. I don't want anything too aggresive that will cause any problems and significantly decrease MPG. I also don't plan on doing any transmission work any time soon. If I need to, I may do some minor trans work when I install the SC, but not anytime soon.
I used to have a 89 and 91 Mustang 5sp and had 3.55, 3.73, 4.10. So if this F150 was a Mustang, I would like to install 3.73 but their still is the difference between the 5sp 5.0 and the F150 is auto so it still is hard to compare. Does that translate into 4.30 for the F150?? What ratio would everyone recommend for my truck now and once it is supercharged? Hopefully it is the same ratio since I am only changing the gears once. If the ratio should definitely be different then maybe I should wait to change the gears until it is supercharged. I just want to feel a power increase and I can't afford to supercharge it now with all the other parts needed to do it properly. If I install 4.30 now, will it feel much faster?
What are the main ratio's for MY truck, 4.10, 4.30 and 4.56??? If so, can someone tell me the RPM @ 70 MPH for each ratio with stock tranny and 33" tires?

i'd go with 4.10 or 4.56 but your going to notice worse gas milage regardless of what gear you go with.

I know about the worse MPG with the higher gearing. Like I stated, I am not familiar with truck gearing. Is 4.30 the popular 4x4 gearing for a little bit of minor off roading and performance for a daily driver?
So were you recommending the 4.56 for current condition and the 4.10 for when it is supercharged?
