I have a 95 F350 4x4 with a 460 engine, it is still wanting to run hot with the outside temp at 28 degrees. I have replced a few sensors, waterpump, clutch fan,radiator,thermostat, don't know what else to do, anyone have any suggestions.

How hot? did you put a higher temp thermostat in? Are you sure the new one works?
