Heated seats

I have a 99 EB and sometimes if I go to turn on the heated seats they will not come on, and It is like that for both sides. Does anyone have the same problem and know what it could be. The only thing I could think is a relay that maybe is sticking. Thanks

Real basic question... did you check your fuses? I hope it's that easy, but something tells me it's not.

The fuses are fine, If I shut the truck off and turn it back on then the seats will work..
